Create shortlist

Dear programmers, We want to create a 'Training Course Shorrtlist' option for the users. It will need the following options; 1. A 'save to shortlist' button on the description pages, which when clicked adds the training course to the shortlist and changes the button to say 'course added to shortlist'. 2. A 'Your shortlist is empty' section on all pages, which as you add courses to the shortlist changes to '1 course in shortlist' for example. 3. A page which lists all the courses currently in the shortlist. 4. Data export to our email for processing. An example of what we are looking for is here [login to view URL] in the red menu bar you will see the typical shortlist facility we are looking for. Our site is a standard compliant XHTML/CSS static site on a windows server. For SEO and flexibility we do not want a CMS or dynamic pages. The facility needs to work on existing static pages by using a <form> element and scriptmanager using .net and AJAX as typically used on our example site [login to view URL] (see source code) and typically on other jobs boards and real estate sites that use an "add to wishlist facility". We are looking for you to set the facility up and working on a couple of pages for us to then copy the code and apply to all the pages on the site.
