ecommerce adjustments - asp.net

Need a team to adjust/upgrade ecommerce software in asp.net 1.1 We have complete software with source code, need the following: 1. integrate shipping/payment modules with original code (have all modules using paypal/2co and ups etc) 2. need 20 new css based design templates 3. need super admin feature of viewing account singups, reports and add/edit templates 4. need signup script and website for signup - signup script should include deploy to their own website option and a license code for their 1 url 5. redesign of the admin interface - new layout/buttons/icons 6. template selector management, change product options - also require a demo site - that can be cleared looking at a budget of $600 and all programming in asp.net 1.1 with vb.net only timeline of 30 days Payment by GAF Escrow only
