Print from Web Browser to Specific Printer

I have an ASP.NET application (Visual Studio 2010/VB/Framework 4.5) and looking for someone to create a "Print Solution" for me. In the application, I have certificates and reports. I need a solution that when the user the clicks a Print button on a certificate that it will print to a specific printer without prompting the user to select a printer (this will have already been defined on a setup screen or something similar). Also, when the user clicks the Print button on a report it will print to a different printer. The reports are HTML and the certificates are PDFs. I am open to any and all suggestions on the best way this can be accomplished.
