Hi there, we are looking for someone to develop an APP and possibly a website for a business. It is like a database that can have both a back end and customer log in. From the back end you would need to be able to create a form which is linked to a form code. The client would be able to access the form using the code and fill it out. It would then be stored in our back end where we can open it and add photos using the iPad or iPhone camera. The Form will then need to be made PDF and sent to a dropbox. I think it is a pretty basic application and would love to speak further to anyone who thinks they can create what we are after!
