We are recruiting Payroll Manager for our client firm of Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers for expansion of their existing team.
Our payroll function offers over 250 clients start to finish payroll services including Auto Enrolment services. We are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to join our busy payroll team of 8 at the Darlington office. KEY DUTIES:
To provide an effective and efficient end to end payroll service
To review the work of the payroll team and ensure this is accurate.
To undertake larger payroll duties.
Liaise with clients on payroll matters
To ensure that payroll activities meet legislative and statutory requirements
To assist the Senior Manager with any further duties.
REQUIREMENT (Apply only if you have below experience otherwise application will be rejected):
Have high volume payroll experience gained in a payroll bureau. Practice experience is essential.
Proven experience within a payroll Supervisor/Manager role.
Strong people management skills
Have working knowledge of payroll legislation and implementation of auto enrolment
Have strong IT skills including Excel and Word
Experience of using Sage
