Eagle PCB board design and rework

We design and manufacture sensors for the OEM off highway equipment We desire to upgrade out current components to multi layer by redrawing and standardizing the designs. New product design is constant - Design and redrawing of small ~50mm sensor boards. Require Multi layer - EMI and component placement , form factor sensitive designs. Designs generally include power supply - Micro - driver - and sensor chip. Looking for long for term stable relationship. We have projects ready to go - would like to start immediately. Thanks
