69900 install smartsearch

I need to get smartsearch v4.34 installed by someone who is familiar with it. I had it installed by my server and it isn't working at all. The server meets all the specs provided to run the script. When I enter information into the control panel, the information does not get saved. When I try to search I get "Can't call method "selectrow_array" on an undefined value at include/[login to view URL] line 210.". And when I try to create a new account I get another error message. The website is www.7spot.com. Check it out, let me know if you can fix it or reinstall it correctly, and how much it will cost. I would like to get this done asap.
