Perl Job - Change picture style

So sorry if I am writing the wrong info here, this site was handed down to me and I only know HTML and PHP but not perl. I have a website in Perl Scripts , I wanted to hire someone I use on a regular basis to make edits to this site but they said they dont work with Perl, Im looking for a good programmer who I can give other areas of this website to for edits. This is what I want to do look here [login to view URL];uokey=brat1&ryear=2008&dtbegin=07/26/2008&dtend=08/02/2008&price=0.00&agentcode=* If you see the add'l photo area where it says interior photos I want the photos to be in this style [login to view URL] So when you click the interior photo box the pics will comes up in a thumbnail style but focuses on that one image when you click to enlarge. Im not sure what is involved, someone was going to edit this for me for $20 so Im looking to hopefully get someone for that range if possible.
