Trauma is something we hold within us. It can have a huge effect on who we are as people. Trauma creates extreme emotions, self-doubt, and negative thinking. I have suffered a lot of trauma throughout life, so I wanted to become a life coach to help people see that they are not alone and that things can get better if you just have the right tools at hand. I can not go through the entirety of eliminating negative thoughts and feelings relating to trauma in just a couple of sessions. I can set you up with a plan ( in writing) as to how best you can manage how you feel. I am not trying to sell on more appointments, that in itself is entirely up to you. I just want to offer a starting block for recovery.

I have experience in this field as I have suffered from a lot of trauma throughout my life so I know how difficult it can be to overcome these negative emotions.
