Need really nice webpage header graphic

Hello there, I am starting a new traffic exchange/prize giveaway site, and I need a really nice web header graphic for the homepage. The graphic should be in .GIF format, and possibly in .PSD too. The site is called Golden Palace Traffic, and should say that in fancy letters on the graphic. Also, possibly a large fancy gold palace should be in the graphic somewhere, in a flashy way to make maximum impact and "excitement". Still graphic only, NO animation needed. Use your imagination. Price isn't super high, but more work will follow for winning bidder, and I can even provide lots of hits from real people on the site(s) of your choice for the winning person too. **NOTE: I ask for a some kind of prototype, since I can't judge how my vision matches yours without seeing what you would do.
