Music Wordpress Site

Need developed a script the like music store here [login to view URL] 1 - I have 18 categories of music each category will have each own image (need rows of 6-8 images) on wordpress page - graphics are loaded on wordpress site 2 - need the mouseover image category and play the audio (MP3) track - on mouseout track stops 3 - under each image there is a add to cart button (Wordpress Website) Cart66 or E-Ecommerce -optional i have both plugins 4 - I need this script / function as either a wordpress custom plugin or ajax, java, of html 5 - needs to be clean code and fast - Needed ASAP one day if possible Other projects pending after this one.
