46567 Crawl And Create/Clone Site

I need a clone of videocodezone.com. Please notice they do not host the video files and just use asx files instead. The asx files point to the music video files. The music video files are hosted on many other sites. I need someone to make a FULL clone of their site. I can change the design later. You will need to crawl their site, download the asx files and store all necessary information to clone the site. The only difference between the sites is that the code on my site should show my own code and not reference other sites. I am referring to the code that visitors will download from my site to put the files on their sites. Please also create an admin panel.
