69096 fix photoalbum on phpwebsite

Hi - I am using phpwebsite on a site -- a cms similar to postnuke. There is a photoalbum feature, but it won't allow me to upload photos. It seems like the permissions are set correctly. Also, I would like a time limit set on the albums, so that they expire and are deleted after a user-defined amount of time. Selected bidder would fix the image upload problem and implement the time limit feature. If the time limit feature is too expensive, I may just skip that.
