ASP.Net - MySql DB Website

Hello- I am seeking an ASP.net and MySql proficient programmer with decent design skills to build and program an **ASP.net MySql database search oriented website. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR PROGRAMMING DETAILS WILL PROVIDE ADDITIONAL $50 BONUS FOR COMPLETION BY DUE DATE, or within reasonable time? based on any notes I provide for work. ** Must have good communication, reliable delivery, and good instinct for logical function and form of site. Programmer needs to have good skills for formatting page structures to accomodate display and function of different site/user areas. A clean, consistent look, feel, and navigation is important. I already have design template and related image files to be used in structuring the site design/cell areas. I will provide them for your use and editing or replicating as necessary. I also have sample snapshots of similar registration forms to assist with form field/content layout that relates to what you will program the database to collect, etc. I'm flexible to accomodate any scenario, but have lost too much time with other programmers who were not skilled to complete job and lagged too long with no completion.
