Humor site (clone): links, articles and media

Basically a [login to view URL] clone with the addition of a topsite list. 5 sections of the site. users can submit content which is then edited/accepted by site admins. Spaces for advertisements and other banners that appear in the template of each page are an important part of the admins control panel. Some ad spaces in the control panel must have 2 versions so that different codes can be entered -- In these cases, the code that appears on the page is random (so a viewer has a 50% chance of seeing the contents of box A or B in an ad-slot on a page). the 5 sections are the same as the site being cloned: Pictures (clickable thumbnails), Articles (written by registered users), Links (standard "link dump" separated into categories. iframe opens at the top of all outgoing links by default, but the admins control panel allows disabling this for select links so the link opens without an iframe). Video (clickable thumbnails that go to embedded video display page), Games (user submitted flash files [edited and accepted by admin] organized by title, description and clickable thumbnail. Other aspects of the clone include a javascript headline syndication as well as RSS and a referral system for the site to display the top other sites that link to it. The topsite part is pretty standard with a few pre-mentioned features incorporated into it. Looking for professional design/image layout as well, however if you cannot do this, just mention in your comments that your bid does not include layout (otherwise please provide previous layout work as examples).
