Need an e-commerce (shopping) site

Hi, I need a shopping site. [login to view URL] could be the example to give you the idea i am looking for, however there can be few basic requirements in addition to what is in futurebazaar.com. Please look at the following list to get more clear idea on the basic reqs in addition to futurebazaar.com. Although [login to view URL] is a generic site I am looking for more of a niche site. Site must not look clumsy and filled with information in every possible corner. For example, If you move from the home page of ebay to some category you see lot of textual links and if you search for some items then items are displayed in a narrow row with small pictures. This all looks clumsy and unattractive to me. Try to communicate with visitor through pictures and not text. As picture affects visitor’s psychology but not the text. Viewing area must be on the complete screen and not like a strip. For example: [login to view URL] view area is in the form of strip however [login to view URL] view area is complete screen. Color combinations must not be too dull or too bright. It must be soothing to the eyes of the visitor. While opening the site the flash on the home page must not display ‘Loading x%’ etc. That is as the site is opened the flash must be working. The look of the site must attract a visitor in the same way as a shopping window of a mall, or the big posters, live images displayed on the outer walls of the mall attracts shoppers. The font size and type of the text must be attractive, font type must not be clumsy and font size must not be too small or big. Site needs to be usable and responsive with lates technologies like AJAX for example a mouseover effect for Zoomed view of images would be nice instead of need to click on the image. Site must not be slow. Search and advanced search features. When user searches for something then along with the search results, related offers are displayed in image/flash format on top and sides of the page. For example if user searches for sarees and if the current offer is that ‘Along with sarees accessories like bangles, jewellery is free’ then the images/flash of the offer must be shown on the search result page. There can be various offers going like ‘Tie and Belt free with suit’ etc. On the home page, the depiction must be in images like suit image is shown along with Tie and Belt is shown and there is free written. Intention is this that the image must click in the mind of the visitor that ‘Tie and Belt is free with suit’. Demo feature ??" Show the steps of shopping in the demo. Clicking on a product image must open a page that would display the bigger image of the product, detailed specification/features of the product and the offers related with the product. It would also give an option to add the product to the shopping cart. There should be a space dedicated on right side of each page that would display the concept of the site/business. Technology choices could be PHP/ASP.net/JSP or SQL Server/MYSQL Although I am open to other technology choices as well. Site need to be browser independent and should work on Firefox,IE flawlessly , to support this objective web standards should be followed. like XHTML, CSS2 etc. There should be an option to print the invoice for a user/visitor Shopping cart should work for guests also. It the visitor is not registered and if he selects the products it should get added to the cart, when the visitor tries to submit the cart for processing then it should ask for registration/login (if not already registered/logged in) As mentioned, that for a category various products would be shown in image, along with this there would be a add-to-cart option. Breadcrumb navigation should be provided. Newsletter/email options to customers What feature/support you plan to provide avoid misuse of the site Product review section on each ‘Product details/specification page’. There should be an interface for the customer to provide the general feedback and review of each product which he has bought. Customer submission would be screened and then pushed to the review section of the related product page. When the products would be displayed then below the image it should have text like; ‘Local Market Price: 1234’ and this text should be cut with a straight line and below this should have the text ‘Our Price: 234’.
