VB .NET Code to Change URLs (Poss. RegEx)

* Very easy and quick job for good developer * We require a VB .NET developer to write an EFFICIENT routine to change URLs on a HTML page. This will be called on-the-fly by a Web server, therefore needs to be as efficient as possible. The script will do this: Step 1) Cycle through every URL in a string (hyperlinked or otherwise... just links beginning HTTP) Step 2) If the URL links to either [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (these will be set by us) *and* the URL doesn't contain a question mark *and* the URl doesn't contain a hash (#), then we need to add "?afl=XXXX" to the end of the URL This is a very easy and quick job for a good developer. We are not going to complete the work ourselves simply due to time constraints. It's EASY to write... but we want efficiency. We OPT for solutions utilizing regular expressions, especially the RegEx REPLACE function, which is very quick. BID WILL BE AWARDED BASED ON PRICE AND SKILL. I only expect to pay around $10 for this, as it's a very easy task. For your reference, I have a regular expression already to detect HTTP links (can't post here as RAC accidentally interprets it as an e-mail address). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB .NET
