Online Catalogue - automobile parts store

Guys/Gals, I have a project to fulfill for a client, where he wants an online catalogue. He is selling automobile parts, and wants to be able to manage his catalogue. The way I see it, in a secure area, I can add/delete or edit a product. Each product would have the following fields: Product Name SKU Category Sub-Category Description Price Photo (can upload more than one image, that is being resized automatically in a clickable thumbnail - for bigger version) He does not want to sell online now, but may want to sell online next year, so we need to build with this in mind. Each product could be shown in 3 possible sections, so I'd like an option where there would be a check box, and select in which catalogue(s) he wants the product to [login to view URL] has 2 automobile shops, and one high-performance shop. So when he'll create a product, he will have the option to show in whichever shop he wants. Also, I want to create a box where he'll post promotions. So basically a text box with an image. Send me links of stores/catalogue you created. I hired here once in the past, and didn't have a good first experience. Prove me I got unlucky. I won't automatically go with the cheapest, I need somebody honest, experienced and available!!! This catalogue needs to be fonctional and tested by December. I prefer PHP - convince me if ASP is an option. I'll pay by Paypal or by this website.
