Photo Sharing Website

Hello Programmers, I am looking for a photo sharing website to be created for my needs. In a sense it would be similar to facebook with photo tagging, private groups, etc. but I need it to be different as well. - User Registration / Email Verification - User will then create a group (All groups will be hidden. There will be NO list of groups) - User will invite other people to join the group by EMAIL (If email address is already in use on the site, then a basic through-the-website invitation should be sent to the invited person) - User can be a member of multiple groups, either by creating them or by being invited to each - User Photo Uploads: User will select who can view uploaded photos: User Only, Group Name, Group Name, Group Name, etc. (This will be done with checkboxes as some photos might be shared across many groups) - Groups: Need to allow for photo upload, activity feed similar to facebook, list of members, forum/discussion board, etc. - When viewing a group members profile only those photos that have been selected to be viewed by that group will be visible - Photo tagging just like facebook is required. If you can build something like this from scratch that's great! But I don't mind if we use a pre built social networking software to get this done. Please pm me and let me know what other sites you have done. Please let me know if you are going to build from scratch or modify a current social networking script.
