RETS MLS Application

Need a programmer to create a download application that will login via our RETS login toa MLS and download the daily data into our database structure. If you know RETS it is like XML api to a data set but every MLS has a different layout but the commands are the same. We get new MLS access all the time and right now we are backed up. I need someone to take our login to a new MLS and create teh download application to our sql server. We woudl provide a sample RETS application to do the download from another MLS but it needs to be modified to work with this new MLS. Once you are done we would take the code and try it on our server. You could take the code and look at the database structure and test on your local server but you will not be able to test on live server. We can give you access to a site and mysql db to do your testing. If you do not know RETS or MLS work do not apply for this. Experience with these makes it easy ad quick.
