Script / software help

i would like to have a software or script that will do this and this can be done in any language, VBNET. or PHP or any language as long as i can install it and have a interface i can do the configuration for this script and below are the specs for the software/script i will upload list of the proxy and i want this script will be able to click on certain link on the sites or on search engine. it also be able to do it certain time or time frame that i set. for example: let say i will put the keyword "something" then it will open up that page on seletected Engine like yahoo, google, msn or others and it will do something like move the mouse to certain link and i want that mouse can click on that particular link and once its inside the sites it will wait like 3 min then it will close the browser and it open up again and it will clikc again but using proxy ip that i provided as well as i will be able to do it on certain site, let say on my site i want this mouse can click on certain link on every let say 10 mins it will stay there in 2 or certain time i can set before it close the browser then it open a new browser and it will go to that site again and click on that particular link again, again and again every 10 min ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
