137024 Youtube - Facebook Clone

I need a script made that incorporates both features from Youtube and Facebook. The script must offer all users the same features as Facebook, but users may also upload and post videos like Youtube as well as an area where they can have the embed feature to post it on their own sites along with posting it on their profile pages just like in Facebook where they embed a Youtube video. If possible I would like the "Facebook" profile pages to be fully customizable similar to MySpace. Please make the script seem unique (looks and feel) and also give it an admin panel that can control everything. My budget is $200. Payment will be after the script is complete and a demo is seen with satisfaction.
