hi itellico, We have gone through your post, and to be honest thats not enough to undersstand the overall requirement. What i understood from your post is that you need to basically fix the email bugs, and implement asterisk integration. I think we need a deeper understanding of your problem. have a few questions for you tough, 1)Regarding, ' display of recorded calls with accounts', that simply cannot be default vtiger functionality. it definately needs programatic modifications. 2) Regarding asterisk integration - is it a outgoing call pop-up, functionality, or its incomming call allert solution. Both are different aspects & requires different ways of implememntation. I think we should get on q quick chat/call, as per your convinience.
