Flash Banners Designers

PLEASE read carefully what we need so we do not waste your time and you dont waste ours. First we are a adult company so be ok with working on adult content. This is part one of a mega project and will result in long term work, but we do require experts only. We are looking to create banners that are flash, the banner itself will not animate but will feature a small box that will have a tiny clip (3-5seconds) of a movie, you will make that loop endlessly in the banner. We have those clips in WMV format and 35 of them. So here is what we need, you need to create 5 banners, each banner is a different size. But for each banner we need you to make one version for each movie, so banner stays the same just the movie changes. So once you have the movies converted into flash and in a format that will load quick when the banner loads, its simply copy and pasting and rendering out a new SWF file. IMPORTANT: we say experts because anyone can turn wmv in swf, we need you to try to keep best quality yet not make it load to slow. here you can download the clips to see, this zip also has text and images for banners [login to view URL] We need you to be able to start working right away and deliver updates daily, we expect this project to take no longer than 4-5 days, again experts and those who have done this can do this, I work with flash myself simply do not have time now. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
