347184 Re-Badge Open Source Software

Hey guys, quick job here I think. I am looking for someone to re-badge an open source piece of software for me, as well as add an option to setup registration for the software that we can de-activate. All the source code, etc. is freely available on sourceforge.net. The program is called idiet and can be found here: [login to view URL] I just want to place a new name on the software, not re-design the skin or anything. Then I want to force customers to register the software with their contact information: (name, email, address, phone) so that we can de-activate that user if they are no longer a member of our site. I don't care the method here, as long as it is possible.
