Chatware Program (MSN/AIM/Yahoo/Etc)

I'm looking for a programmer with either the knowledge or skills to program with either AOL/AIM, MSN, Yahoo CHAT and IM protocols. Each one of these will be a seperate project... I don't just need an IM clone program. I need something that can actually use the chats in these protocols (Yahoo/MSN) and do things like reply to messages, etc. As for the AOL/AIM one, it will be similar in forms of functionality... just for a different protocol... If I can find a programmer that can give me a suitable price tag for one of these projects they should be able to use most of their code in the other projects and if they think they can handle the others I will consider giving them all 3 (maybe 4). I already have a non functional GUI built in VB.NET (but the project in NO way is limited to VB) and detailed scope documents. I will gladly send the scopes out to users that can handle something like this. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win32/ and some pieces will require Linux/BSD ## Deadline information Please don't bid if you just *think* you can do this. I need to speak with people that *know* they can :)
