**Changed to Medium-Sized Project**
**Open to bid suggestions**
We have a project that requires a simple IVR system to run on embedded Linux. For technical reasons we cannot use something like VOIP or asterisk and for license and complexity reasons we can't use Vgetty. The solution will need to work well that use the AT+V command set, which is now also known as V.253.
Because our IVR specification is still in development, we are looking to have certain functions written in C and we will combine these functions as needed into our final program. To complete this project the test cases must be working as described in this document and the TestIVR program at the end of this document should run as expected.
The functions (described in the PDF) we are seeking to have written include:
InitializeModem()
MonitorRings()
AnswerPhone()
HangUp()
PlayFile()
PlayNumber()
RecordFile()
The TestIVR, as described in the PDF simply exercises each of these functions.

We changed the project from a small project to a medium sized project ($500+), as this better matches our expectations of the budget for this project. We are open to bid suggestions.
