PDF security

Hello The program that I want developed will add a security file to any file (text, pdf, mp3, jpeg, gif, etc..) that I want to protect. I have developed several projects, currently in pdf, that I plan to sell online. I want to prevent my work from being sent by email, Block all http and ftp requests, cannot be opened by an internet browser, or otherwise sent over the internet. Once installed on the customers computer, the security file ( or plug-in or dll) will monitor all requests to the protected file. if the file is double clicked, on the host machine, the security file will check to see what type of file is trying to be opened (text,pdf,mp3,gif etc..) and then open the file with the computers default player or viewer. if the file is trying to be uploaded to a server, shared on a peer to peer network such as kazaa, sent to or opened by email or sent from the machine in any way, then the program will deny the request, and block access to the file. it will be much like blocking access to a restricted secure website. the security file will check permissions, and either grant or deny access to the protected file. This is the basic outline of my project, I will be happy to discuss further details or take suggestions from coders who have done similar work,and are willing to take that previous work, and change parts of it, to fit this projects needs. This program must be as small and as fast as possible. I prefer no dlls or outside dependancies. Also I am looking for someone who will answer questions quickly and keep me updated daily if possible.
