simple keyword management tool with GUI

The purpose of this tool is to work with a list of keywords/keyword phrases that have been researched previously. Features: open/import text file remove leading and trailing spaces remove repetetive spaces convert soft returns to hard returns remove keywords with more than X words remove keywords with more than X characters remove plural (keep plural / keep singular option) (for keywords where: plural = singular + s Example: flower -> flowers) remove all keywords with unwanted characters (option to enter/modify characters list + a default setting) remove all keywords that contain specific words (option to enter/modify word list + a default setting) make all keywords lowercase make all keywords initial cap make all keywords uppercase remove duplicates remove all keywords on list2 from list1 merge 2 lists option to select keyword(s) manually and remove it/them export all keywords that contain word X to a separate text file (option to keep them in the master list or remove them) shuffle words in keyword phrase to find all possible combinations and add combinations to the list put list in brackets Example: (keyword) put list in square brackets Example: [keyword] put list in quotes Example: "keyword" do not sort sort alphabetically sort reverse randomize results save results to text file GUI: I am open to suggestions regarding the layout of the GUI. However while working on the list the list should be visible to see the results of each step. The menu needs an about butont which pops up a box with copyright information. This is a very simple job for someone who knows what he's doing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 98/2000/XP
