Static Filter fir Merak mail server

I need a static mail filter for Merak mail server. The filter is a dll that the server uses for every incoming message. For technical specs on how to develop one, please download trial version of the server from <[login to view URL]> plus a seperate download for the manual. Please read the section on static filters in the manual and read the specs and header files in the api directory of the software. A lot fo spam come in as just an ad which is just an image. The dll will parse the message and determine if the message is of content type: text/html only and/or an empty text/plain section. If it is, the dll returns a certain smtp message and return code (see dos). The dll should be developed in c/c++ and works under Windows 2000/2003 server.
