Very Simple Project - Clear Temp Files

This should be easy, I hope. I really need this as quickly as possible. Need C++ code that will clear all temp files when executed. I need to add it to an app and when the app opens all temp files are deleted. This includes those in XP/2000 that are located in \documents and settings\USERNAME\local settings\temp or \documents and settings\default\local settings\temp. All folders in the temp directories need to be deleted. If a temp file is in use the application should not generate an error but just skip that file and keep going, deleting all files not in use. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
