Increase Search Engine Traffic To My Website

I want to increase the amount of traffic that my websites gets from Google (any search engine). The site has a page of specific information/data about 9000 different credit/banking companies. The main keyword for each page is the name of the company. Currently the site gets only 200 to 300 visitors daily that view about 500 to 700 pages. Almost all visitors come from Google. Income from the site right now is based on Google ads. It gets roughly $10 CPM. I want to increase my Google traffic 10 fold. Right now all of my sites 9000 plus pages are indexed but very few have 1st or 2nd page listing. Most pages (98%) are buried deep and never shown. I know there is a lot of room for growth and need some help. I'm willing to pay but it must be on a per performance basis. Please give me some details as to how you would go about increasing my Google presence.
