Corporate Website - Drupal CMS HTML5

Our website has been designed graphically (which is attached PDF format), and the winning bidder will be provided with the graphic files in Adobe Illustrator format. We require the winning bidder to create:- 1. A 'HTML5' 6-page animation as described in the PDF document (pages 1-6), with the ability to "skip" intro. (N.B. while animation is playing the RSS feed & Header Navigation bar should not be shown). The text to be included (currently filled with latin language) will be provided on acceptance. 2. A Drupal-based frontpage as shown on page 7 of the attached PDF document. (N.B. header bar needs to be included). The order of the left-hand navigation box will be agreed on acceptance of quote. The RSS feed shown needs to link-in to the RSS feed from Drupal. 3. A Drupal-based template enabling us to add sub-pages using the background image as a static image (similar to [login to view URL]). The top of the template needs to show the "BIG" image on the top left with the Navigation Header Bar on the top right. The sub-brand navigation box shown on Page 7 white box on left, should be shown in place of the "Search" box on the Renault site. Minus the voucher shown on the top of the Renault site, the box on the right will form the content area of the page. We have a set of brand fonts that need to be pre-assigned within Drupal. The whole site needs to be available on a cross-browser & cross-platform basis from IE, Chrome, Safari & Firefox, and to be available on iPhone/WindowsPhone/Android and iPad/other tablets. CSS files will need to be created to cater for the different sizes of screen. The screen should always be 100% filled with the background image, it will be allowable to use landscape view for mobile browsers only. Any questions/queries please contact me. The remaining 75% will be paid within 5-working days to allow for bug testing (and bug fixes).
