Extend and modify an existing PHP codeigniter project with MySQL database.

For an existing project written in PHP using the codeigniter framework and working with an MYSQL database, I need someone who can extend and modify this project. A description of things that need to be done is in the pdf file attached. The project code and database can be sent on request. If you need more details, just ask. It is important that you have good php skills, as well as experience with the codeigniter framework and know how to write queries for MYSQL.
