Figure out why a google map shows in IE, Firefox, and Chrome, but not Safari

I need someone to advise on how to get a google map to show in Safari. Basically I have a header and sidebar on a page, then the map takes the remaining space on the page. I'm using google v3 api. The map shows up fine in IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Basically, I need someone to fix it in Safari dev tools, then tell me what to do to fix it. The map must continue to be sized to the full window size. Thanks
