175067 Upgrade existing PHP/MYSQL app

We have an existing script (mobile phones database in PHP/MYSQL) and we would like to upgrade it with a new look and a couple of new features. The script is located here : [login to view URL] The project will be seperated into 3 phases : 1/ analyse the existing code/script 2/ apply the new template 3/ add the new features I need a very skilled and experience PHP/MYSQL developer or team that can work fast and communicate quickly (via MSN Messenger). Project is to start ASAP.
