Category is the Lookup Value and the Child worksheet should contain all fields/columns from the Parent worksheet. - These Child worksheets will be created manually. Will most likely require a worksheet cell dedicated to the actual Category Lookup value. Example: A new category (say "personal") has been added to the Parent (source) worksheet. The user would create a new Child (view) worksheet (named "Personal") to display all tasks in that category ("personal"). Cell A1 (or another useful cell) will be the driver for the lookup. So in this case the user would enter "personal" into cell A1. This will drive the lookup process and populate the "Personal" Child worksheet with all "personal" tasks fro the Parent (source) worksheet. NOTE: This example may not generally be the "best" implementation for the lookup process. So any recommendations for a better process are welcome Parent (source) Worksheet FORM - create a Form (form menu item) based on all fields indicated above. - ensure mandatory fields are present - ensure date picker fields are present for date fields - ensure data accuracy (where applicable) - Status field will be a drop down list: 'W' (working); 'U' (upcoming); 'C' (completed); 'NA' (not applicable) - Category field will be a drop down: TO BE DEFINED the Child (view) worksheets should be read-only.
