Slight Sunshop Modifications / Repair

Need the following modifications to my sunshop based website: 1. Social media icons added into header for facebook, twitter, youtube, and rss feed. 2. Newsletter opt-in form integrated into header. 3. Search functionality must be fixed. Randomly stopped working. 4. Keyword research done for an upcoming SEO campaign. Need you to provide a list of recommended keywords we should be targeting based on strict keyword research (optional but could result in more SEO work) 5. Add a product page in the back end randomly stopped working. When you click add a product it takes you to a white blank screen. Need to have this fully functional
