Design layout for Oracle Application Express Project

I require a designer to freshen up my Oracle Application Express (HTMLDB) application. The application is a financial asset finance system. I require: a) A new company logo and a new project logo. b) A new theme for the application, and associated css files and templates. The design needs to be crisp and clean, this is the kind of application that will be used in financial institutions, so a modern, professional design is required. ## Deliverables 1) A HI-RES .psd of the new logos (company, product and any other image files required by the new design). These should also be provided in suitable web display formats. 2) Screenshots of the new design. 3) The Application Express 2.2 Theme files, CSS files and template files required to implement the new design. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. and UK Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
