I would like to know if you are available to do an an Online Store Portal. This site will also have an auctions as well as selling items in a store. I am open for design suggestions. But will be folowing very closely. Please do not worry about Graphics but it should be very Intutive. Please indicate your availability and inform what will be the criteria you quote? Lumpsome per site or per page? I prefer Quotes in terms of per page basis and Payments will be done first after 20 pages and then after every 5 pages. Also suggest on the change control mechanism. A well commented and tested code developed using mySQl and Vb.net and ASP.net to be used. After the initial terms are agreed upon, Non-Disclosure has to be signed for the details and the details will be sent in phases once per functionality.
