Email Templates and Graphic Design

This is not a one off job!!! We are looking to find a couple of exceptional Web Designers that we can outsource our email template design and integration to. The designs our clients give us need to be converted to HTML and then custom tags inserted to create functioning templates. For example, some times our clients give us a PDF or JPG and we have to cut it up in to a template. Other times they will give us a suggestion and we have to create a template from scratch (from the concept to a fully functioning template). The job you are going to be bidding on is to convert a design we have (in PSD format) in to HTML, insert the custom tags, upload and test the template in our system We are looking for some one with the following skills: -Understanding of the different ways email clients (ie Outlook, Hotmail, GMail, Thunderbird etc) read and display HTML code -Graphical Design using Photoshop -HTML using Dreamweaver -Able to turn work around in short time frames **This is critical so if you're not willing or able to do this please don't bid** -Reliable and Great communication skills The zip file contains 2 folders in folder 1 An origional image that was sent to us from our client, the created teplate by one of our staff and a link to view the completed product. In folder 2 You will find a JPG image from our client and some guides on creating templates and the custom tags. This is due by Tuesday next week (6th of May) so we need some one who can get on to it ASAP. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Custom Platform
