High quality banners for chat/dating related company

A radio station needs a few banners for their chat/dating services. I need someone who can create some banners with some ideas and images of their own. We need a banner for each of the following: 1. Chat - The client has a chat function for their site so their radio station listeners have a place to network socially. 2. Dating - We need to entice people to join the dating site. There is a free trial and free compatibility profile. 3. Photo Rate - They also have a site that allows people to rate photos of people (from the dating site). So we would need an ad to entice people to want to go rate some photos. These ads can be clever, funny, simple, whatever you think would work. Not too sexy though, make sure people have clothes on if you're using images. The banners will go on [login to view URL] on the right side in the yellow area where you see the "online dating", "bloggermouth" headings. That section is an i-frame and we will replace all of that (except for top bloggers) with your banners. You could use Flash (not the latest plugin version, please save down to at least 5 to be safe) or animated gif. We need these as soon as possible, preference given to coders who can do this before tomorrow (my time, which would mean in the next 15 hours). We aren't looking for the fastest coder, we want a quality job but we need it done quite soon. BANNERS MUST BE A SMALL FILE SIZE! I would think 15k max, maybe a little more. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
