Joomla site for cultural foundation

Please read the excel sheet. If any question, I am ready to answer. It is only about the structure and design. The content will be done by the people from the foundation. I also send you some basic examples of elements of the desired design. 1. I like the base design as shown in the jpg 2. I like the color and structure of the left and right side (background) of the webpage as shown in the jpg. 3. I send you the SlavaCultura header 4. I send you the color schemes of the blue and brown which must play a role in the new design 5. I would like all icons not to look like the standard joomla icons. There are loads of others on the web, so maybe you can do a suggestion on that part. 6. The current design must be starting point [login to view URL] 7. There should be a increase/decrease possibility for the text. The site should be developed in the newest joomla version (currently 1.5.6) and should be ready for all current browsers (IE6, 7, 8, Firefox 2.x, 3.x, Opera). Please indicate when the site can be reade an can be installed on our server.
