We are developing a monitoring and management offering for Lotus Notes/Domino.
We are seeking people experienced with monitoring, management, and development to assits us in design, development, testing, and ongoing support for the codebase.
Preferred languages are Java, Perl, and possibly C/C++.
Projects will be assigned in several engagements as our project progresses.
1. A short (1 1/2 - 4 hours) paid education/design interview with our Project Director
2. Design and code review of our existing release
3. New design
4. Oversight of development
5. Development and coding
5. Testing/QA of new releases
6. Assistance with configuring our lab to support high-volume testing
NOTE: Responses from consulting companies are welcome if they include a description of the appropriate resource and their resume/cv. Submissions/bids that do not address our project needs specificaly will be deleted.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
We intend to load test on Lotus Notes on Windows and AIX platforms. Solaris, Linux, and HPUX are desireable, but not necessary in this release.
