need iphone and blackberry apps

hello, i am looking for someone to create iphone and android? apps for my business. the app project involes a map where users will enter information about places and create a marker.? ? marker info includes: time place (address or gps coordinated from phone) photo from iphone discription rating (1-5) marker will be categorized by 1 of 8 categories and 1 of 50 sub-categories each marker and its info will be stored in a database users must login users must be able to easily take the photo and log the gps coordinates automatically to document the marker on the map. admin must be able to edit the markers ## Deliverables -creator must be a registered iphone app creator with experience doing so. -map must be internationally functional. -map must have 8 different icons that corelate with the 8 main categories. -app must automatcally take gps coordinates to create the markers and attach photo to the marker along with other info. - must be user friendly
