Photo Gallery Script

I'm looking for someone to implement a photo gallery script into my site. I want it to look somewhat like webshots and have the capabilities to have other users have their own sections where they can upload their pictures, also like webshots. ## Deliverables 1) Complete working script that allows me to easily submit photos to a photo gallery script that will be completed by winner of bid request. 2) Users section where people can start their own picture album with the layout of my site. 3) Subtitles under the pictures 4) Ability to see the latest picture that were added first. 5) Ability to vote on pictures as well as leave comments for them. 6) Automatic thumbnails for images that are uploaded 7) I don't know if this is possible with a script but if it is then it would be cool to have, the ability that when a picture is uploaded, a logo from my site is automatically put onto the bottom corner of the picture (this one isnt necessary) 8) Built in Tell A Friend forms by email and by AOL instant messenger ## Platform My page is on a *nix machine with PHP and mySQL installed
