PHP/MySQL website Programming/Coding

Need to code a website with main features similiar to [login to view URL]'s, but with some differences. RAC's listings are "project" based, my site will be "event" based, so there is no money transaction involved between listers and bidders, so no need for us to act as escrow service and no arbitration process as well. That will take out the difficult part of the coding. Main features needed: *User registration, login/out, user profile . *User listing "event" with descriptions.(no "bid price") *Users bid on a listing with a message *Lister and bidders can communicate through online messages (just like RAC's buyer and coder) *Lister can choose a bider as the winner, then they were emailed each other's email/contact information. *Lister and Winning bidder can leave feedback and give (1-10) rating to each other. *Can Search users profiles *Can Search current listings *Show Top 10 users and Most recent listings *Lister can invite an user to bid on his event. *User can put another user to his "favorites" *A flat rate payment will be charged before a lister can successflly submit his listing. Use PayPal and 2Checkout as gateway. *Adminitrator approves/disappoves a new listing or a new user profile. .... Those are the main things I can think of. Also, need to integrate a US ZipCode database, so user profiles can be searched by location. I am working on a more detailed description. But it won't go much beyond the main features I wanted. Need a coder who is willing to work extra miles to implement details to my satisfaction. Technically shouldn't be challenging for a good PHP coder, but need a lot of attention to details that will take time. More little details may pop up during the process of development. Do not want a coder that if I want to add a field to a table/form, who would say it is not in the description etc. You will also agree to provide support as project completion in case problem or modification needed. No graphic design needed, except basic layout. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Internet, PHP/MySQL
