Send MMS / SMS with DRM Forward Lock Attached (Mobile Content) - + Create Billing Application

Hello coders, I need an application developed where I can upload images which will then be sent out to a mobile phone. I would like to upload one image to the application and then have it automatically resized into 3 different sizes. The application you create will receive a command (via email or http post) from an external application giving a mobile phone number. This mobile phone will then receive one of the images that have been uploaded. The image will be sent via mms. I would like to use [login to view URL] to supply the MMS although if you have a preferred supplier that you have previously worked with, I would be open to suggestions. Each image will be different, so I need the application to send out a different image each time. Most importantly, each image must have Digital Rights Management (DRM) 'forward lock' attached to it so that it cannot be forwarded from one mobile phone to another. If you are not already aware of DRM, you can find info by follwing these links: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] In short, a typical example is below: This is a typical example of what we are looking for: (For the purpose of this example, we will upload 500 different images) - 500 images are uploaded to the application - The application will receive notification either via email or http post with a mobile number included in the message. - Image number 1 will then be sent via mms to that mobile number. - Each time the application receives this request, a different image will be sent out until all 500 have been sent. - all images need to have DRM 'forward lock' attached/sent with it so that none of the images can be sent from one mobile phone to another. Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
