Small Web Site Design

I am designing a 6 page web site. I have a basic outline of what I want for the main page and the rest of the pages will use a similar format. There is not a lot of content. I don't need any scripting or flash, just plain HTML. I need someone who has a good eye for the graphic design aspect of the project. It needs to be compatable with Netscape Composer 7 (I have been using Front Page and it seems to be compatable so far) as that is what we will use for maintaining it and the content will be fairly dynamic. I need someone to basically work with me and finish off this site. A sample of the site is attached. It would be helpful if you could provide URL's or attached samples of the work you have done.
