Translation Type Program

This is an online program, preferably written in php/mysql which is similar to translation programs. Basically, there is a text box and the user types something in. E.g. a paragraph or a sentence of writing (or even a whole document). The program will go through the MySQL database and find words which occur in the text and the database, and replace the words with other words or phrases. Not only does it need to pick out one word and change it, but also whole phrases. The last part is that the translated text will appear in a second text box. We want this part fully working. The words which will be put into the database will be done by us, so we need an admin section where we can add words and their replacement. Finally this must be able to work both ways. So there should be a drop down box where you can pick from language 1 to language 2 and vice versa. We will give you access to our website, which is hosted by GoDaddy - with Linux hosting. I hope this makes sense, and probably isn't that hard for an experienced coder. Just to clarify, the program will go through the text which a user types in and replace it with words from the database and put the final text in a second textbox. Admin section + translation both ways is needed. Remember we will be putting the words in - through the admin section which must be easy to use. Just one final thing , which could make the job harder, is that there may be different words that 1 word could translate to. So we may have the word 'because' and it can translate to: 'due to the fact' or 'the reason for this is'. A more common example is in French, there are two words for because: parce que and car. We will put in both definitions and it is up to the program to RANDOMLY pick which of the definitions to use (Note: there may be more than two options, so make sure there is a way to put more in).
